Last week the House passed a bill that would make Daylight Saving Time Permanent. The Sunshine Protection Act was passed in the house by a 308 to 171 vote and now is headed to the Senate. If the Bill Passes the Senate and is signed by the President it will become Law. There will be no more Fall and Spring, Time Changes. States would have the choice to opt out and continue with the Time Changes.
